What is VeriFactu?
VERI*FACTU is a mode of Spain's regulated invoicing software systems. Kairoseth Fiscal does not replace the regulation or the AEAT; it acts as an adaptation layer between the business system and the fiscal engine supported by Puente VeriFactu.
Do I need to replace my ERP, store, or software?
That is not the goal. We adapt the system you already use through a connector, API, webhook, MappingProfile, or file import. Capabilities that are not finished are presented as roadmap rather than promised as supported.
Which systems does Kairoseth Fiscal support?
v0.1.0 provides routes for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, REST API/SDK/webhooks, capability-based ERP/CRM, custom software, and CSV/XLSX. Legacy systems without an API are diagnosed first; Local Agent, read-only DB, watch-folder, and SFTP are only presented as available after their technical gates pass.
Can I start if I invoice from Excel or CSV?
Yes. Fiscal Web supports CSV/XLSX through column inspection, assisted mapping, and no-effect preflight. Uploading or validating a file does not mean sending it to AEAT.
Where should certificates and passwords live?
Fiscal certificates and secrets must remain in the secure runtime. They are never requested by the commercial diagnostic, exposed in the browser, or stored in Git. Do not send PFX files, passphrases, API keys, full tax IDs, XML, or SOAP through commercial forms.
What is preflight?
It is a no-effect validation that checks structure, mapping, configuration, dates, and amounts before an operation is created. It helps correct source data with lower risk before issuance.
How does Kairoseth Fiscal prevent duplicates and unsafe retries?
Technical routes use stable identity and idempotency. When a remote result is uncertain, the bridge reconciles state instead of recommending a blind resend.
Does buying a plan or completing the diagnostic enable AEAT production?
No. Billing, commercial entitlement, diagnostic, installation, and preflight are separate from fiscal production activation. AEAT production requires its own technical/regulatory gate and explicit authorization.
How much does Kairoseth Fiscal cost?
Published launch prices are Fiscal Web €14.90/month, Fiscal Connect €29.90/month, Fiscal API €59/month, and Fiscal Custom from €99/month, plus setup by modality. Multi-company, high-volume, and custom integration scenarios are sized through the diagnostic.
Is there a partner program for agencies, integrators, and advisors?
Yes. There is a partner route for web agencies, integrators/developers, and accounting or advisory firms. Referral, managed partner, and white-label/wholesale agreements are separate models; partner status does not itself authorize fiscal production.
Is Kairoseth Fiscal another invoicing application?
It is not positioned as a universal replacement for ERP, CRM, or invoicing applications. It is a fiscal integration layer that lets those systems remain the operational source while delegating the supported VeriFactu adaptation.
What are the currently approved SIF adaptation dates?
The dates currently reflected by the AEAT remain before 1 January 2027 for Corporate Income Tax filers and before 1 July 2027 for the remaining taxpayers. On 5 October 2026 the Ministry of Finance communicated a forecast extension of pending obligations to October 2028; until this is formalized in regulation, Kairoseth treats it as a forecast rather than replacing the approved deadlines.
Regulatory deadlines are not frozen into the product.
The AEAT still displays the approved 2027 deadlines while also linking the Ministry of Finance communication dated 5 October 2026 forecasting an extension. This FAQ will be reviewed when a regulatory amendment changes the applicable calendar.
