Terms of service
These terms govern access to Kairoseth Platform during the technical v1 and pilot stage.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use organization roles responsibly. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for granting access only to appropriate users.
Service
Kairoseth may evolve during the pilot stage. Availability, features and limits may change for security, reliability or product reasons. Customer-facing changes will not be represented as certifications or guarantees that do not exist.
Security Inspector
Security Inspector performs bounded passive observations. Results are informational risk signals, not a penetration test, legal opinion, certification or guarantee that a target is secure or vulnerable.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, targets, permissions, lawful use and decisions made from results. You must not use Kairoseth to violate law, third-party rights, contracts or technical restrictions.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, Kairoseth, third parties or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kairoseth is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete detection of security issues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
Material policy changes will receive a new effective date/version and will be communicated or presented for renewed acceptance where applicable.
Operational policy v1. Corporate identification details must be completed before commercial launch and the final texts should receive legal review.
