PARTNER PROGRAMReferral · Integration · White-label

You keep the client relationship. We maintain the fiscal layer.

A program for agencies, integrators, and advisors that need to offer VeriFactu without rebuilding connectors, AEAT logic, reconciliation, and fiscal maintenance in every project.

WHO IT IS FOR

Three profiles, one shared fiscal infrastructure.

The commercial model changes based on who owns the relationship, who provides L1 support, and how much volume the partner manages. The technical core stays the same.

WHITE-LABEL / WHOLESALE

Available only through a specific proposal and agreement.

We define volume, distribution, branding, L1/L2, SLAs, customer ownership, and disclosure duties. There is no automatic right to hide Kairoseth or alter evidence, traceability, or regulatory disclosures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales, support, and the fiscal core are separated from the first customer.

  • Partner L1: customer context, onboarding, basic configuration, and first response when required by the model.
  • Kairoseth L2: official connectors, runtime, fiscal core, reconciliation, and technical incidents.
  • Versions: only builds and distribution channels authorized by Kairoseth.
  • Branding: co-brand by default; white-label only by specific agreement.
  • Fiscal production: technical/regulatory gate remains separate from the partner agreement.
BRAND & COMPLIANCE RULES

A partner may sell and integrate Kairoseth Fiscal; it may not present itself as the AEAT or turn a modified build into an official release.

Partners may not claim AEAT certification, remove production gates, redistribute modified connectors as official, or hide mandatory contractual or technical responsibilities. Branding and distribution exceptions require a written agreement.

PARTNER ONBOARDING

Application → fit → agreement → sandbox → assisted first customer.

We do not request fiscal credentials in the application. The first step is to define the profile, commercial model, support scope, and expected portfolio.

TRUST & CONTROL

Authority stays explicit as the platform grows.

Kairoseth separates identity, organization scope, product roles and product capabilities. A login route, browser state or AI response never becomes an authorization boundary by itself.

01

Organization scope

Customer resources and access are resolved inside an active organization context rather than treated as global account state.

02

Product-scoped roles

Owner, Admin and Member authority is assigned per product. Organization membership alone does not automatically grant every product.

03

Server authority

Sensitive access, policy and capability decisions remain authoritative on the server instead of trusting client UI state or model output.

04

Controlled execution

Capabilities that can act are introduced behind explicit grants, staged gates and audit rather than implied autonomy.
