Data retention & deletion
Kairoseth uses bounded retention and controlled deletion rather than indefinite customer-history growth.
Security assessment history
Security Inspector keeps a bounded number of terminal assessment attempts per site. The current default is 50 and the configured maximum is 250. Product limits may evolve with documented policy changes.
Protected operational records
Active work cannot be deleted. The latest completed result is protected where required to preserve the current customer view and operational consistency.
Manual deletion
Authorized organization owners/admins may delete eligible historical assessment records using product controls. Sensitive deletions are auditable.
Account and legal retention
Deleting product history does not necessarily erase account, security, billing or legal records that must be retained for another legitimate purpose. Such records are minimized and retained only for the applicable purpose and period.
Backups
Deleted data can remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup expiry. Backup data is intended for disaster recovery and is not restored selectively to recreate deleted customer history.
Operational policy v1. Corporate identification details must be completed before commercial launch and the final texts should receive legal review.
